Geoffroy de Jamblinne

Geoffroy de Jamblinne is without a doubt the mainstay of the stables.

His sporting career began in the 80’s in Normandy, followed by a stint as rider for Anne d’Ieteren in Brussels, where he competed up to Grand Prix in dressage.

He then settled at the Estoril, in Wauthier-Braine, where he began his long career as an event rider.

Geoffroy has been Belgian champion several times, a regular member of Nations’ Cup teams, has participated in two European Championships, was reserve for the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens and completed Badminton Horse trials in 2005.

He has also taken part many times in prestigious 3 day events such as Lion d’Angers (12times), Blenheim (4 times), Bramham (3 times), Barbury Castle, Ballindenisk, Boekelo, Lümühlen, Pau, Arville, Pratoni del Vivaro, Montelibretti etc…..

Most recently, in 2021 he was reserve for the Tokyo Olympic Games with Consequent Pia Z.

Geoff also regularly competes in show jumping, adding national young horse  finals for all ages  to his CV, as well as CSI’s like le Touquet (CSI***YH), Knokke, Oliva etc.

Julia de Jamblinne

Julia was born in England and met Geoffroy at a competition. She works as a conference interpreter for the European Commission.

Julia evented up to CCI** level until 2010 when she decided to focus on advanced dressage.

Julia watches over the stables, also dealing with the management and day to day life of the competition horses.

Sarah Dessambre

Sarah fell in love with equestrian sports at a very early age.

After vocational training at school in Gesves, where she passed her second and third equestrian diplomas with distinction, Sarah jointed the team at écurie de la salle in 2018.

Sarah has already taken part in several international show jumping competitions; le Touquet, Sentower Parc etc…

At the moment she is competing several horses at 2* and 3* level in eventing.

Axelle de Jamblinne

Axelle is Julia and Geoff’s eldest daughter.

When she finished school she decided that she wanted a career in horses. Practically born on a horse she is as at home eventing or show jumping.

Placed CCI** Jardy 2019

12th CCI* Maarsbergen 2021 (manque * en version Fr!)

2022 placed several times in the CSI in Oliva and most recently with young show jumpers in the CSI at Peelbergen, including the 1,30m 7 yr old Grand Prix.

Sophie de Jamblinne

Sophie is Julia and Geoff’s youngest daughter.

She is currently at school at the EPEEG in Gesves, a vocational school for jobs in the equine industry, as she intends to work in the family business.

Sophie is currently competing in national horse trials.
